General Terms and Conditions

• Congress Secretariat will not accept reservations by telephone. Reservations must be made by filling out the online Accommodation Form. One form per person. An acknowledgement of receipt of the requested reservations will be sent to your e-mail once the form is completed. If you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat: reg@isfg2024.com.

• Payment of 100% of the requested services is required to receive confirmation. Once payment is received, a confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Please review the documentation carefully.

• All payments must be made in Euros. The available payment methods are:

  Online credit card payment: if you choose this payment method at the end of the form, you will be redirected to a secure bank page.

  Bank transfer: if you choose this payment method, you will receive our bank account information to make the corresponding payment in the next 3 working days, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. This option will be available until 31st august, 2024.

• Any outstanding balance must be settled at the Congress Secretariat when collecting the documentation. In the event that payment has been made by bank transfer or other means, but has not been duly accredited, proof of payment will be requested. Otherwise, it will be necessary to pay the outstanding amount pending verification.

Cancellations or Changes

• All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to: reg@isfg2024.com
• It is possible to change the name of the accommodation reservation without cancellation fees if the secretariat is informed before August 31, 2024, with a €50 administration fee. After that date, a name change will not be possible.
• Cancellations received up to July 1, 2024 will be penalized with the payment of one night’s accommodation.
• Cancellations received after July 1, 2024 or non-attendance will not be entitled to a refund.
• No partial or full refunds will be made in the case of conference cancellations due to non-attendance of speakers or other changes in the program.
